I know what it's like to work full time, commute long hours, and still try to take care of yourself. I'm not a wellness influencer with a perfect morning routine. I'm someone genuinely navigating a demanding schedule and figuring out what actually works when energy is low and time is short.

That's what I help people with, finding the smallest, most realistic version of better that you can actually stick to. Not the version that sounds impressive. The version that fits your actual week.

    Nitish walks you through the key wellness areas that matter, sleep, blood sugar, heart health, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle, using a structured booklet so nothing gets missed and everything is explained clearly.

  2. Your concerns, your priorities

    Once you understand the landscape, you share what matters most to you, energy, weight, sleep, digestion, stress, or anything else. No agenda, no assumptions. This is your session.

  3. A proper wellness check

    Nitish conducts a simple body composition check and nutrition assessment to give you a clear starting point, real numbers, not guesses, so progress can be measured, not just felt.

  4. A plan that fits your actual week

    From everything discussed, Nitish builds one focused, realistic plan, not a list of twenty things, just the most important next step. Small enough to survive a hard week.

  5. Follow-through & accountability

    This is where most programs fail, and where this one doesn't. Nitish checks in every four weeks, reviews what worked, adjusts what didn't, and keeps you moving forward for as long as you need. No. Nitish offers general wellness coaching and education. He is not a doctor and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe anything. For medical concerns, always speak to a qualified GP or healthcare professional first.
As long as it's useful. There's no artificial cutoff. Check-ins start at 4 weeks and continue at whatever rhythm suits you. When you feel set, you stop. If life changes and you want to reconnect, you can.
Both are available. Nitish is based in Sydney so in-person sessions are possible locally. Online coaching is also available for people elsewhere in Australia or internationally.
